At Asabasa Spice Co., we take pride in carefully packing and shipping every order so it arrives fresh and ready to use. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Because our seasonings are produced and packed in small batches, processing times may be slightly longer during:

  • Product launches

  • Sales or promotions

  • High-volume seasons (holidays, festivals, events)

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected carrier and service level

We currently ship via reputable carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Carrier-dependent (shown at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as carrier delays can occur.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Alaska and Hawaii delivery times may be longer due to carrier logistics.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Address changes requested after fulfillment

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for packages that are:

  • Marked as delivered but reported as missing

  • Stolen after delivery

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with tracking details or claim documentation when possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather events

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Events beyond our control
