At Asabasa Spice Co., we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. Because we sell food products, our return policy balances customer satisfaction with food safety and regulatory requirements.

Returns

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened or used food products, including spice blends and BBQ rubs.

We do accept returns on unopened, unused products under the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • Product is unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • Product is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Approved returns must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial of your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund, at our discretion, at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, please place a new order for the desired item.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are fulfilled or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to assist with documentation if needed.
