Peruvian Roasted Chicken with Citrus Glaze
Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp Peruvian Chicken Rub
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Set the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the Peruvian Chicken Rub, olive oil, orange juice, and lime juice. Coat the chicken thighs thoroughly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.

- Roast the Chicken: Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 30 minutes.
