Ingredients
-
2 lbs whole chicken wings (or split into drumettes and flats)
-
3 tbsp Asabasa Spice Co.'s Signature Chicken Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey (optional for a touch of sweetness)
Directions
Prepare the Wings
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and Asabasa Spice Co.'s Signature Chicken Seasoning.
Toss the wings in the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for enhanced flavor).
Grilling the Wings
Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 375°F / 190°C).
Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
Arrange the wings on the grill in a single layer. Grill for 12–15 minutes per side, turning occasionally until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and have a crispy, golden-brown exterior.
Finishing Touch
During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush the wings with honey for a caramelized finish (optional).
Recipe Note
Serve the wings hot with a side of creamy ranch or blue cheese dressing, celery sticks, and carrot batons. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a touch of freshness.
