A hearty, well-rounded cheese ball centered around the depth and warmth of our Smoky Carolina Rub. It has a gently smoked character with a clean finish, offering a reliable, crowd-pleasing option for gatherings and everyday snacking.
Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded smoked gouda, or sharp cheddar

1 ½ tbsp Smoky Carolina Rub

1 tbsp minced red onion

1 tbsp minced green onion

1 tbsp chopped parsley

1 tbsp mayo

½ tsp apple cider vinegar

¼ tsp paprika (optional)

1 tbsp Smoky Carolina Rub

1 tbsp crushed pecans or roasted crushed peanuts (optional)
Coating
Directions
Mix cream cheese, gouda (or cheddar), 1½ tbsp rub, onion, parsley, mayo, vinegar, and paprika.
Shape into a ball and chill 10–15 minutes.
Roll in the rub + optional pecan/peanut coating.
Wrap and refrigerate 2 hours or longer before serving.
Serve with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh veggies.
